Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food or plants), custom orders (such as personalized items), and personal care products (like cosmetics). Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To quickly get the item you want, we recommend returning the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
